  17.   Convert '2.0 format' has two options:
  18. [1.1]  Result is a geoWrite 1.1 format file
  19.     with header/footer as a new page.
  20. [2.1]  Result is a geoWrite 2.1 format file
  21.     with extended margins.
  22.   Convert '2.1 format' has two options:
  23. [1.1]  Same restrictions as 'Convert 2.0'
  24. [2.0] Result is a geoWrite 2.0 format file
  25.     with 7.2 inch right margin.
  26. [2.1] Result is a geoWrite 2.1 format file
  27.     with 8.0 inch right margin.
